Return, Exchange, & Warranty
It is one of our most important goals to make all of our customers happy with the products and services received from us. You can request to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied or without any reasons. We will NOT charge you for parts, labor or shipping if the item has issue(s) due to us within our warranty period.

* Terms apply. We will not charge for returns initiated within 30 days of delivery unless the item is damaged by the customer or something is missing. We will send you a label for free if there is an issue with the item you purchased from us within one year of delivery and the issue is not caused by human error or intentionally incurred.
We use secured payment gateways like Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc. We don't have direct access to customers' payment information, so we cannot charge customers without customers actively initiating payments.
Our products come standard with 30 day money back guarantee and 1 year limited warranty. You may purchase Route Package Protection during checkout or contact us to purchase before the item(s) shipped. You may also purchase additional coverage for accidental damage or extended warranty from Clyde, which are linked on corresponding product pages.
Customers may request return, exchange, warranty, or repair services by clicking on the button below. Within 30 days upon receipt of the order, return or exchange request can be submitted. After 30 days of receipt and within warranty period, only free repair is guaranteed, although we may do exchange at our discretion. Late returns subject to restocking fee if approved. Out of warranty period, part and labor costs apply if you request repair services.

If you are in the US, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a full refund after receiving the item if the item is not as described, is damaged, or is defective. If return by personal reason(sold the car, not need it anymore, cannot provide video of the unit issue, don’t like the unit, etc), we can provide the shipping label, but the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, we will post the shipping fee when sending the shipping label in the email. Or you can send the unit back to us by yourself, we will also provide the shipping address in the email. If we have provided a shipping label but find no problems with the returned item, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If you are an international buyer, we may reimburse $30 max per return shipping (Customs Included).
If there is no issue with the item but you do not want it, to get a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. You also need to pay for the return shipping cost.

You need to package the item(s) securely and send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of return or exchange approval or receipt of the replacement item(s) if you have put down a security deposit to get the replacement item(s). Otherwise, we may charge restocking fee.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons incurred by the customer
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Phoenix Automotive only replaces items within 30 days of receipt if they are defective or damaged before delivery. We will cover shipping cost.
There are two ways to exchange:
1. You can send back the original one first, and we will send out a replacement after receiving it.
2. If you prefer to receive the replacement sooner, you may put down a security deposit, and we can send out a replacement before you return the original one. We will refund the deposit once we receive the one you send back.
Exchange to different unit or upgrade unit,
- Within 30 days: pay for price difference if it has
- Between 31 days to 120 days: pay for restocking fee and price difference
- Over 120 days: not available to exchange to different unit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is damaged due to your mistake or negligence, then we may approve a partial refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
